Anyone else's BIAB lifting after exactly 2 weeks? Am I doing something wrong or is it the salon?

So this is the second time in a row now where my BIAB starts lifting at the edges right around the 2 week mark, always on my thumbs first and then my index fingers a few days later. Doesn't happen on the other nails really.

I do wash up a lot for work (kitchen job) and I'm in gloves most of the day so I didn't think water exposure would be this much of an issue but now I'm wondering if that's actually it.

The tech is lovely and the set always looks amazing when I leave, it's specifically the lifting that's the problem. Is this normal wear for BIAB at 2 weeks or should I be saying something to her? Don't want to be that client who complains for no reason but also paying full price every 2 weeks because it's lifting feels off.

Anyone had this and figured out if it was prep, aftercare, or just bad luck with that particular nail shape?
